Very little brings me as much joy as a student's joyful use of their voice.
I've been teaching in various capacities for over ten years: after-school programs, summer camps, private lessons, tutoring, classroom experience through both my undergraduate and graduate programs. I recently developed a theatre after-school program designed to create community through theatre, emphasizing agency and creativity in a connected and simultaneous way. And I'm passionate about growing my own vocal toolbox, so I'm always ready with new exercises and techniques! With an MA in Educational Theatre, a lifelong study of voice and vocal performance, and a passion for using the arts for good, I'm committed to a learner-focused, goal-oriented, joy-cultivating lesson experience.
